Aavidi upholds top-tier quality benchmarks and ensures attention to detail in its deliveries. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase on the rare occasion, kindly refer to the exchange policy outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE~
Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:
* Aavidi is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 7 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed.
* If the product has a defect, it will be inspected at our workshop and exchanged accordingly.

* For Damage/quality issues, please provide an image of the defect & keep all the packaging, tags etc attached otherwise exchange would not be possible
* In case of garment size exchange, please additionally mention purchased size, the problem faced with the size and the new size requirement.
No Returns / No Refund
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refund once the product has been sold.
- As our styles are made to order, each piece is crafted specifically for each customer, so we encourage careful selection before purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY-
Domestic: delivery in 12 - 15 business days.
International: Delivery in 20 business days.
Domestic orders: Free of charge (anywhere in India)
International orders: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.

Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days
Please make sure the shipping address provided is correct, in case the order will be considered completed, no refund will be made.
